Chef Max Zamarripa of Latitudes & Steelheads in downtown Howard City, Michigan writes to invite Wine Sauvage readers to celebrate Ten Years of business in downtown Howard City. About a half-hour north of Grand Rapids on US-131, Latitudes is the opposite of hurried city attitudes. Steelheads Lounge is the fishing bar your grandfather talked about, with a touch of the equestrian lifestyle too, and a dash of bluegrass and country music for good measure.
